DSA contract With an overwhelming majority the DSA membership has ratified a cost savings deal with the county. A deal that will provide our membership with stability in these difficult financial times. Your Board or Directors appreciates your patience and participation through what has been a long process.

Santa Barbara County CEO Chandra Wallar is asking DSA members to submit their ideas on how to trim the budget, identify wasteful spending, or suggest ways to increase revenues through out the county. Email your ideas to savings@sbcdsa.org. Your suggestions will be added to a list and sent by the DSA to the county.
